Terms of Service

Effective 12 June 2026. By using EmblemKit you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

EmblemKit is a brand identity composition service: AI makes the design decisions, then a deterministic engine composes a vector logo (SVG) plus a brand asset package ("brand kit") — including stationery, a social media kit and brand guidelines depending on the tier — from openly licensed icons and typefaces. EmblemKit uses no image-generation model.

2. Accounts & free allowance

  • The demo playground may be used without an account, free of charge.
  • Registered accounts receive a limited number of free AI generations; additional allowance is granted with every purchase, per tier.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Purchases & payment

  • Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah as one-time purchases (no subscription) across three tiers: Starter, Bisnis, Korporat.
  • Payments are processed by a third party (Pakasir) via QRIS or Virtual Account; the gateway's admin fee is borne by the buyer and displayed before payment.
  • Kits unlock automatically once payment is verified. A download link is also emailed to the registered address, and kits remain permanently available on the My Kits page.

4. Refund policy

You can preview everything in full (watermarked) and refine without limit before paying, so you always know exactly what you are buying. Because brand kits are digital products delivered instantly, verified payments are non-refundable, except where a technical failure on our side leaves the kit undownloadable and unrecoverable.

5. License & ownership

  • After purchase you receive full commercial usage rights to the logo and the entire brand kit for your brand.
  • Icons come from MIT/ISC/Apache-2.0 licensed sets; typefaces from Google Fonts (SIL Open Font License). Details ship in each kit's LICENSE file.
  • Logo composition is algorithmic; EmblemKit does not guarantee absolute exclusivity of any icon/typeface combination and performs no trademark search. Trademark registration is your responsibility.

6. Restrictions

  • Using the service for unlawful content is prohibited.
  • We may restrict usage that indicates abuse (e.g. excessive automation).
  • The service is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the related transaction.

7. Changes
